Choosing the Right Suit for Different Occasions

As the dark nights draw closer and the chill in the air creeps in, we can’t help but get excited about this time of year. As someone once said… it’s the most wonderful time of the year! And who are we to disagree? With the diary filling up fast with numerous events and special occasions; awards ceremonies, office Christmas parties and the ultimate New Years Eve party, to name a few, there’s no doubt we need to look our best and suit up. 

We’re great fans of a good quality suit as you well know. Investing in a great fitting, good quality suit is an absolute must; a staple suit you can turn to when you have a special occasion/event and need to look and feel your best. The 3-piece suit is always an excellent choice and an investment piece. It offers great versatility and can be worn in multiple ways, for example, wearing all of the suit pieces; trousers, jacket and waistcoat is perfect for a wedding, giving an ultimately stylish, smart and chic look. Whereas trousers teamed with the jacket are ideal for an awards ceremony offering a professional and sleek look. For an office Christmas party, teaming the waistcoat and jacket with jeans offers a more relaxed and less formal look, yet still quite smart. It doesn’t need to be a plain black suit either.
